The Economic and Family Services Section must receive the Outreach plan no later than July 31st of each year. The Economic and Family Services Section notifies the county if the plan is not approved and the areas that need to be corrected. If the county is not contacted within 15 days after submission of the plan, the plan is approved and may be implemented.

NOTE: Counties have the option of amending their Energy Programs Outreach Plan during the course of the State fiscal year.
