EFFECTIVE: Upon Receipt
The purpose of this change is to update policy in the Energy Manual to include current LIEAP income ranges by family size. This chart is to be used in appeals and overpayments for Energy checks issued in February 2002. Therefore, EP-800 has been revised to give the updated percentage of poverty for each household size to determine the benefit level for SFY 2002. This policy is effective upon receipt.
