EFFECTIVE: March 1, 2003
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
This change notice transmits revisions to the FSIS User’s Manual. The changes are outlined below.
A. FSIS Section 502, SLAW Instructions
FSIS Section 502 is revised to include Utility Type 7 (Telephone Utility Allowance) as a valid code.
B. FSIS Section 503, Client Record DSS-8590 Instructions
FSIS Section 503 is revised to include Utility Type 7 (Telephone Utility Allowance) as a valid code.
C. Figure 503-1, Client Record DSS-8590
This figure is being issued along with this change notice to make the most current version of the form available.
D. Figure 503-2, Client Record DSS-8590 Instructions
Figure 503-2 is revised to include Utility Type 7 (TUA) as a valid code.
