I. BACKGROUND
The purpose of this change notice is to add clarifications and update ABAWD policy in the Food Stamp Certification Manual.
II. SPECIFIC CHANGES
Section 240, Work Requirements
Combines deferment policy with exemptions from work requirements
III. IMPLEMENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
These changes are effective December 1, 2006.
