December 1, 2005, make the following changes to the Food Stamp Certification Manual. |
I. BACKGROUND
The purpose of this change is to update information about the current policy for the Worker’s Compensation Insurance. The new company is Granite State Insurance (AIG Group).
Additionally, a new ABAWD work registration code has been included to identify ABAWDs who are excluded from the time limits under the 15% ABAWD exemption.
II. SPECIFIC CHANGES
Section 240.04 Workers Compensation Insurance
Changes Worker’s Compensation Insurance coverage from St. Paul/Travelers to Granite State Insurance (AIG Group) effective September 1, 2005.
Section 245.05 ABAWD Work Registration Code
Adds ABAWD work registration code 16 for those ABAWDs who are covered under the 15% exemption.
III. IMPLEMENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
This policy is effective December 1, 2005. Please refer to Administrative Letter No. # for information regarding ABAWD work registration code 16.
