I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The purpose of this letter is to provide the new 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines which is effective April 1, 2011.

II. IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURES
Apply this policy to the next review, application, or change in situation processed on or after April 1, 2011.
III. EFFECTIVE DATE
