SUBJECT: Duplicate Disqualification’s in EPICS

This letter is being sent to the following counties: Bladen, Buncombe, Cabarrus, Chowan, Cleveland, Cumberland, Edgecombe, Forsyth, Franklin, Gaston, Granville, Guilford, Henderson, Lenoir, Martin, Sampson, Wayne, and Wilson.
Numerous instances of duplicate disqualifications exist in EPICS in error. In order to eliminate these discrepancies, counties must review the attached EPICS Report FRD461 to determine which disqualification is correct.
Please review this report for your counties’ duplicate(s). Once you have determined which disqualification is correct, indicate on the report the disqualification that needs to be deleted by the State office and fax the report to Joe King at (919) 733-0645 by April 30, 2003.
