MANUAL: Work First User’s Manual
TO: County Directors of Social Services
EFFECTIVE: April 1, 2003, the Work First Appendices is replaced by the Work First User’s Manual.
I. GENERAL
The purpose of this change notice is to provide instructions for the implementation of the new Work First User’s Manual. The Work First Appendices is now obsolete. The new manual is available on-line via the internet website, www.dhhs.state.nc.us/dss, and is located in the Economic Independence subdirectory.
