After eligibility factors have been verified, approve or deny the application according to the procedures in this section. The applicant must be provided a written notice explaining the decision made on the application and the right to a hearing if the applicant disagrees with the decision.
If more information is needed from the applicant, see the instructions in Section 104 on requesting information using form DSS-8146A (Notice of Information Needed to Determine Your Eligibility for Work First Family Assistance).
