County departments may amend their plans at any time, subject to approval by the Division of Social Services. If counties wish to amend their plans, they must submit the changes along with documentation showing that the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed and approved the changes. Upon receipt of the amendment and documentation, the Division will notify the county of approval or of any corrections that may be required to comply with state or federal laws and regulations.
