C. Access to County Data

County departments of social services shall be able to access readily information which provides the number of fulltime employed (FTE) staff positions budgeted and the number of FTE staff positions filled. Also, they shall be able to access the number and status of cases served by month and year by:

reports;
open CPS assessments;
investigative assessments requiring more than 30 days to complete;
family assessments requiring more than 45 days to complete;
CPS In-Home Services cases;
number and demographic data of children who are in agency custody and/or placement responsibility;
number of children awaiting adoptive placement; and
number of children who experienced adoption disruption.
