Attached to this letter is the revised Adolescent Services section of the Child Placement Manual. The current manual material, dated September of 2005 should be removed and replaced with this revision, dated October, 2006. Funding information for the LINKS program has been moved to Chapter XIII, Child Welfare Funding.
Please ensure that all staff members who have child welfare responsibility are provided copies of this material or can access it via the DSS web site. The Division of Social Services on-line manual web address is: http://info.dhhs.state.nc.us/olm/manuals/dss/
