INTRODUCTION

GENERAL INFORMATION

Appeals of certain actions taken by a CSS agency are conducted through administrative processes. The N.C. Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) hears Federal and State tax intercept (offset), credit bureau reporting, and distribution of funds appeals.

This chapter contains information on the following topics:

2. Consumer credit bureau reporting appeals;
