INTRODUCTION

GENERAL INFORMATION

Federal regulation 45CFR 303.3 requires that Child Support Enforcement agencies use all appropriate means to locate noncustodial parents (NCPs)and the sources of their income/assets, when needed to take necessary CSE actions. Resources used by N.C. CSE to accomplish this task are described in this chapter.
