During nightly case referral batch processing, ACTS does not reassign the following types of cases:
1. Closed cases;
2. Non-IV-D and Private cases, which are stored in ACTS due to federal requirements for State Case Registry;
3. Unworkable cases;
4. Delinquent cases;
5. Locate Only cases.
Some CSE cases, such as those involving DSS or CSE personnel as participants, are considered "sensitive" cases. These types of cases might need to be handled by supervisors.
