DMA ADMINISTRATIVE LETTER NO: 02-04, addendum 5, income limits for presumptive eligibility

SUBJECT: INCOME LIMITS FOR PRESUMPTIVE ELIGIBILITY

DISTRIBUTION: ENROLLED PRESUMPTIVE ELIGIBILITY PROVIDERS

The monthly income limits for presumptive eligibility are updated to reflect the increase in the federal poverty level. Apply these income limits to all presumptive eligibility applications taken on or after April 1, 2008. This letter obsoletes Administrative Letter 02-04, Addendum 4, dated February 14, 2007.
