MA-2301, Conducting a Face-to-Face Interview, has been revised to include a requirement for providing EPSDT information (DMA-5021, Figure 4) to each applicant when explaining available services.
Also, note that a hyperlink to EIS-4000, Codes Appendix, has been added to MA-2301, Conducting a Face-to-Face Interview, VI. I., Children with Special Health Care Needs.
This policy is effective December, 1, 2005. Apply this policy to any applications or redeterminations taken on or after or scheduled on or after 12-01-05.
A. Remove: MA-2301, Conducting a Face-to-Face Interview, pages 13 through 20.
B. Insert: MA-2301, Conducting a Face-to-Face Interview, pages 13 through 21 and Figure 4.
