Make the following change(s)
CAP for Disabled Adults, Consumer Directed Care (CAP/Choice) is a pilot program limited to Cabarrus, Duplin, Forsyth, and Surry Counties. Beginning January 1, 2011 CAP/Choice will expand to a statewide program. In January 2001 EIS will remove the edits that required special transfer procedures for CAP/Choice cases. CAP/Choice trainings will be conducted in January and February 2011 across the State.
CAP/Choice is expanding from a four county pilot program to a statewide program.
Apply this policy to any CAP/Choice applications, redeterminations, or transfers taken on or after January 1, 2011.
