Make the following change(s)
Change Notice 02-11, Long Term Care Partnership Program, included the 2011 increase in the MQB reserve limits. When the reserve limits were changed in manual section 2160, the new limits were mistakenly substituted for the MAABD reserve limits on one page.
The reserve amounts in MA-2160, Qualifying Individuals 1 – (MQB-E) have been corrected to $2,000/$3,000 in instances in which the manual refers to MAABD reserve limits.
This policy is effective upon receipt.
