The information in this Addendum is in reference to the income level chart found in Administrative Letter 04-08, Provider Instructions for Determining Presumptive Eligibility, dated March 20, 2008.
Income limits for MPW and Presumptive Eligibility for pregnant women are revised effective April 1, 2011 to reflect the increase in the federal poverty level.

This policy is effective April 1, 2011. The updates shown are in reference to the income level chart found in Administrative Letter 04-08, V.D. Use the new income limits to determine eligibility for presumptive applications dated April 1, 2011 and later.
